  Prayers for Africa

  Bring about the healing of Africa that is dependent on the people of God * Pray for KENYA – election problems, pray for peace and ask for God to step in and maintain the new peace that leads to genuine and long lasting peace * Pray for UNITY of Christian leaders in Kenya to reconcile and embrace each other instead of fighting each other * Prayer for CONGO – People are mourning loved ones killed in recent plane crash. God, please bring comfort to those families and friends affected by the crash. * Pray for ZIMBABWE – elections held but results have been withheld because President knows he has lost. Cast out spirits that are dragging down the country and bring spirit-filled life back to their government, their economy, and their people. * General prayer for AFRICA – destroy weapons of offense and defense used against the spread of the Gospel in Africa. Let the Gospel move over Africa without hindrance.

  Prayer for Fuller Students

  As a student body, there are many struggles every student encounters during their journey at Fuller. There are broken spirits, academic demands, relationship difficulties, family challenges, overall stress, addictions, weakened defenses. We want to pray for spiritual protection for our lives as we grow and stretch ourselves while going through seminary. We want to give thanks for the privilege to live and study on the Fuller campus. There are unique stories from all over the world at Fuller and we believe we are here for a purpose We want to pray that our hearts and spirits are transformed, and to learn more about ourselves while we learn about God. Finally, we want to lift up this year’s graduates. Pray that they finish strong and impress upon them direction and clarity for what’s next for them. Path for smooth transition. Give them a safe place to process their transition.

  Prayers for Asia & the Middle East

  Fuller Fire is now gathered to pray for the people and concerns in Asia and the Middle East. For Asia specifically, to pray for China and the situation around the Olympics - that this time in history is peaceful and opportunity to open doors for those who are oppressed in that country. Pray for the leaders to work better with other nations. For the Middle East, to better know Jesus and more unity.

  Fuller Fire Kick-off

  I'm looking forward to being a part of Fuller Fire. It will be the first prayer event that I've ever attended and at four days long, I can't really imagine what will happen. I believe that I'll experience some new things that reveals a little bit of God's power, and we're praying that his Spirit will bless this prayer event and find its way to touching all participants of Fuller Fire.

  Good & Dry Weather at Awaken

  We're at the Awaken 2008 conference and they're forecasting rain tomorrow, Wednesday. If it rains, then many of the exhibitors will need to move indoors which will be disruptive. Pray for good weather through the end of the conference.
