Today I got word that the Episcopal Diocese of Fort Worth is going to move ahead and implement our social network solution for their diocese. We had hoped to begin here in California but I'm thrilled to be able to help that EDFW at this time in the life of the church. Please pray for a smooth implementation, adoption rate and healthy interaction among her members as we move forward.
Lord, there are so many without employment or sufficient funds to support their families. Please Lord move in the hearts of all humanity to reach out in mercy to those around them in need. Remind us of your generosity and the duties of stewardship.
May God grant our mission divine favor throughout America; May The Lord grant wisdom and discernment to all our teams; May the Church be bold enough to unite, serve side by side; and May YOU be glorified through the reconciliation of your people.

Jake, On topics of truth, there are several perspectives. A perspective is the angle and lens through which we see "truth". Regarding the "sin of homosexuality". It sounds like you have heard one perspective very clearly. Go visit an Episcopal Church in your neighborhood and ask the Priest to help you understand another biblical perspective. PEace my friend. All is not lost.
10/03/10 02:28PM by Greg Troxell in I'm stuck in the sin of homosexuality and I don't want to be anymore.
You are in my prayers. It may take more soul searching though and this one may not resolve itself the way you would like. Remember this, God has a plan for your life and the lessons we learn through our righteous and unrighteous actions and words (things done and left undone) will be redeemed (made useful again) and make us more holy (purity of heart) if we allow God to work through each situation.
09/15/09 12:47AM by Greg Troxell in Please pray for me and my girlfriend (now ex) of 3 years to be reunited and reconciled soon. It's been unbearable how things have gone lately. I really want and need her back. Please, I've never needed mercy so much before in my life.
Dear Friends in Christ. You are right suicide is not the best way and here's why. YOU despite all your problems, frustrations, sin and failures are going to be a blessing to someone else one day. It'll be YOUR faith story that will help someone else not fall to such depths as you feel you are in today and YOUR motivation that comes from your personal experience that will speak directly to the heart of that other person. You see God is the redeemer not only of our souls but our lives as well. You are precious in God's sight. That's the most amazing reality of Jesus dying on the cross. - That Christ, being God and knowing that every person there after would sin and grieve the heart of God, would still die for our sake. Now this is important... God's forgiveness is already been given you. I don't know what you have done that has you so depressed but nothing, nothing is going to be made right by you punishing yourself through suicide or sparing others from having to put up with you any longer by taking your life. Choose life. Choose to let God redeem your story, not just your soul. Choose to open up to a trust worthy individual, pastor or counselor and let the pressures off your mind, heart and chest. Take some time to care for yourself and let the truth of God's prevailing and prevenient grace grip your soul. Choose life. Feel free to call me if you need someone to talk to. 408-540-6223. firstname.lastname@example.org
sometimes I find it helps me to talk a walk in nature and get honest with myself about the things in my (and that I do) that I despise. This not only allows me to spend time with God "abiding in Jesus" but it gives me insight into new areas I really do want to see changed and to change. - You're in my prayers.
Thanks for reaching out. I would welcome a call from you any time. I understand how thoughts, frustrations, wounds and fears can make a person feel as if they are falling into the rabbit hole -- twirling out of control, just wishing you would hit the bottom and get it over. Good new is that those thoughts, fears etc... they can be overcome. You and God are far bigger than they are. There is hope. There is help. Your friend in Christ, Greg Troxell 408-540-6223
Lord you called Moses into the dessert with nothing and gave your people a land of blessed abundance. Help us to listen, to follow, to guide one another and be a blessing to those around us sharing the provisions you have provided us so graciously. Come to the aide of these people, Lord. Let your Church hear the fears and troubles of your people and respond.
Father, you know the limits of humanity. You know the abundance of joy in heaven and among things spiritual. Guide all of us, Lord, who are in need and especially this daughter. Bless her with friends and family who can assist her, invite her to dine, provide shelter and a hand to hold united in prayer.
Lord, you healed the bleeding woman when she touched your cloak & you held your tongue when beaten. Help this woman through your deliverance and healing. Give patience to those around her and friends who can endure the journey at her side.
God, you know our needs and are familiar with loss and human struggles, comfort this person and provide for them your strength, physical sustenance, shelter and courage. As the journey continues, give them the ability to tell of your goodness with gentleness and respect.
Lord God, who provided mana and enabled the Israelites to appreciate it, guide and comfort all those with too little work, not enough money and those unemployed. Father, stir the local churches to reach out and embrace those in need. Teach us now Lord, in the midst of our struggles to behave like the BODY of CHRIST.
Lord, you know what it is to be surrounded by others, to be left alone, and to have thought you had friends. Please be with this man. His soul is yearning for a friend. Bless him through your Church and the encouragement of others. Surround him with wise counselors and help him resist temptation that may undue the blessings you provide. Where there are wounds, bring him healing. When there is reason to rejoice, let him be surrounded by those whom he loves.
Incredible travesty. God, please let your Church hear the cries of your people. Cause our hearts to mourn and join together in prayer. Move the local churches in the surrounding towns to act swiftly and demonstrate your loving provision. Work through the lives of every market place minister to be a blessing to those who have suffered through this travesty.
If would bless so many children and families if you could send some bible to Pastor Samuel in Uganda. >> http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=732078451

As I wrote to another sister in a similar situation: Remain in prayer, for yourself, for your husband, for your kids. Remain open to what God is doing within each of you and that there is a process that takes time for God's work to be completed in each of us. The journey is often a mystery, the path shrouded by many things including our own ignorance, sin and ambitions. Remain in prayer, judge not, love much.
12/31/08 06:02PM by Greg Troxell in i pray for my marraige to be restored and for mahomed to call as he has not called me in five days now and i am really stressed. Lord i pray you create a miracle today and remove this depression as i love my husband . You are my healer of all and i know i
Remain in prayer, for yourself, for your husband, for your kids. remain open to what God is doing within each of you and that there is a process that takes time for God's work to be completed in each of us. I pray for you too sister. Quiet you voice and listen... listen to Wisdom, listen for the voice of God to you. Listen also to his fears and allow him to make the journey. Accept the love of God and what he has to share with you - and count it as a blessing. If you rush his steps it is likely the relationship will trip and fall. Wounds like that take a long time to heal.
You probably know the concept of being a "steward". It is based in the centrality of Jesus in our lives, it results in gratitude and contentment despite the circumstances that befall us and those too we create. As stewards, that which we enjoy today, may be gone tomorrow. Death, transformation, sin, ignorance, growth, discovery, friendships... they affect us all. Consider and focus on the centrality of Jesus in your life. I know the sorrow of being alone. Yet it is important, especially now, to find your contentment in your relationship with God. God delights in you let your heart delight in God's truth, grace and never ending love. Consider that the blessing of your time with this man thus far and give thanks. The blessing may continue and, if you allow - it may become a sweet and cherished memory that builds you up and allows you to love others with greater strength.

Dear sister. Jesus has the answer for what troubles your soul. Listen. Wait. Listen, believe and act in faith. Do not let the devil get the best of you and stifle the blessing you can be to others by causing you to live in fear, self-centered dismay and worry. Consider the affliction of others, consider the blessings you have received thus far in life. Consider how you might be a better steward of the gifts given you.
Ah my brother. The Lord hears your cry. Now, live wisely, thriftily, discover your true north, improve upon the skills needed to serve well in that arena, and bless others even in your desperation. Read all you can about humility, dwell yet more on the needs of others and consider the meaning and manner in which Christ humbled himself to became a servant to all.
I will be praying for you. We are social creatures that have needs. May I suggest that these thoughts may lead to the discovery of a few aspects: 1) what you appreciate in a [any or this] man; 2) the social voids in your life*; 3) the undiscovered beauty of your own soul. *Check out a book by Gallup called: "Vital Friends"
I am told that Ellen's wedding was lovely. It has been reported that the family spoke with the neurologist this morning. As there has been no improvement in Mama's brain function in a week now, and he does not believe we will see any improvement in her brain function, the family has given approval to start weaning her off of the ventilator. Please continue your prayers for the Davidson Family as they go through grief and the swell of thoughts that come when mama is passing and you must decide to cease life support.
May God give you peace and patience in this time of certain emotion. ~ Savlanout May God provide you good friends who provide assistance and encouragement especially when you are overwhelmed in the ensuing days. ~ Savlanout May your own faith be strengthened as you reflect on the suffering of our Lord and the rejection He face, not only on the cross but since the fall of humanity. ~ Savlanout May you be inspired to be a beacon of inspiration to others who yearn to see the light and live another moment in the light of God's graces. ~ Savlanout
Yes. I'll pray for patience, focus, and your ability to fulfill today's opportunity for the Kingdom. Then may some serendipitous event occur wherein you and some woman find a deep, sincere, unalienable attraction for one another in all facets of your being. I highly recommend that you read Gallup's book called, "Vital Friends".
