About Me

At the age of 11 he received the Lord during a Summer Revival and later received the Baptism of the Holy Ghost. Shortly thereafter he responded to a call to serve on the board of Deacons at the Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church in St Paul Minnesota. It was there he continued to mature in his ministerial calling. Therefore, in December of 2007 at the age of 18 he entered into the next dimension of kingdom building by acknowledging his call to preach the gospel. In January of 2008 he was licensed to the Gospel Ministry by his Pastor and father in the Ministry the Rev. Carl Walker.

He currently serves as an associate minister at the Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church. As an associate minister he serves as Aide to the Senior Pastor. He also serves in the following areas of Secretary of Sunday School, Sunday School Teacher, Music Department, and Bible-Study Teacher.

Since Matriculating at St. Cloud State University in 2007 Rev. Chester has been released by his pastor into watch care at the Higher Ground Church of God in Christ in St. Cloud, where the Elder James E. Alberts, II is the Senior Pastor. It is in this local parish he shares his spiritual gifts as an associate minister. In 2009 he established an on campus ministry, Empowerment Through The Word Ministries where over twenty faithful students meet every Thursday to be fed the Word of God.

Rev. Chester is currently completing his undergraduate work, pursuing a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Communication Studies with an emphasis in Intercultural Communications and a minor in Religious Studies. He has been employed with the Target Corporation for the past five years and is currently considering options for promoting.

  • Great Uncle Lung Cancer

    I certainly trust and believe God to be a healer. I am asking that everyone please pray for my great uncle Charles Chester. He has a rare form of lung cancer that the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN has diagnosed as incurable. However we know Dr. Jesus has the last say so. Please pray for healing and comfort and peace for my family in the midst of this situation. Thank you so much

  • Friends Girlfriend Depression

    A very dear friend of mines girlfriend is suffering with really bad depression. She sleeps all the time and her ways are really effecting their relationship. She has an appointment tomorrow morning with the doctor. Please pray for divine intervention, healing and deliverance for her. As well as peace and blessings in their relationship.
