  • Daniel's car wreck

    For Daniel Rappe. He was driving today and a guy ran a stops sign and hit his car hard enough to throw it into another car. Prais: all the people involved seem to be ok however the cars are in bad shape. Pray for Daniel as he now has to find a new car - deal with the insurance and find a summer job.

  • Starting a Masters Degree - excited and fearful

    I have just started my Master program. Pray for my sanity over the next year of sweat and work. Please pray for me to take the time to be with my family. If all goes well I will finish the course work in about 12 months and then be on the daunting task of the Thesis. Also please pray for me to discover the finances to cover all the cost.

  • Breath for Tori Bolin

    Tori is the 14-year-old daughter of my friends Tommy and Melody Bolin. She was born with a lung disorder that has baffled doctors since her birth. On Tuesday she was admitted again to Texas Children's Hospital with severe complications.

    I am constantly praying for Foolswork. We have so many decisions and fears and questions and misunderstandings and confusing moments that we are spending a lot of time lately just spinning.   • Morgans' Tummy

    Morgan is one of our team members and she has a constant tummy ache. Please pray for the doctors to figure out why she is feeling so uncomfortable. (On the really cool side - the Dr.'s had he swallow a camera that sends pictures to a computer every so often. How cool is that?!?) Please understand this is not necessarily a prayer for good health and comfort. This is a prayer for knowledge...

  • New connections in our Neighborhood

    This week we have the opportunity to spend a day with Pastor Larry. He is the pastor of an established church in our neighborhood and in our opinion he a "gate keeper" into this community. Please pray for our meeting and specifically that God will show us they way he wants us to go in the relationship.

  • Heart Transplant Needed

    We have an opportunity to help a community in Vietnam. There is a little girl that needs an open heart transplant this summer and we have agreed to raise the support for this surgery. The total amount needed as of today is only $2500 USD. please pray for us as we, a group of college students, raise this much needed money.

    Melissia's unborn child has stopped moving

    My friend Melissa Money as her overdue unborn child has stopped moving. As I type she is being rushed to a Hospital in Houston. Please for her and her family as they are in this distress.

    The report from the hospital now is that the baby has a heart beat. Melissa however may have some complications with the procedures that may have to follow in the next few hours and days. Please continue to pray for this family and thank God for this little girl that will be born in the next few hours.

    We had a great meeting with Pastor Larry yesterday. He made us feel welcome. He started introducing us to members of the community that could help us move into the Heights much faster than we ever imagined or dreamed.
