Description

We are selling our house and have accepted an offer, have a contract. We are needing to repair the air conditioning unit, spot treat for termites, and replace the roof in order to sell. It is my prayer that we sell the house successfully, and make as much money as we can off of it so that we can pay off two loans. In doing this, it will reduce our monthly bills by $400.00 - which will help me be able to stay home with my 3 kids and help us move into a new house.
