Urgent! Heal My Marriage!

My husband Kevin and I have been having a very difficult time lately, and he is on the verge of filing for divorce... as in TOMORROW! Prayers have brought us back from the brink before. Please pray his heart will soften and give us one more chance, and that he will finally commit with all his heart and soul to saving our marriage.

  • Monica, please don't give up, pray and pray and pray again. My heart is breaking for you, because I am in the same situation as you. My husband left me before and came back. Now he has moved out for more than 1 month and he told me to wait for the divorce papers. Our faith in God must keep us strong. We must pray like we have already received our husbands back. Even if we have the faith of a mustard seed, God will answer our prayers. When two or more gather together their prayers will me answered.   • please pray for my marriage. my husband filed for divorce after his son molested a small boy. he left me to 'raise' him and when tensions rose and it caused me to lose our home, he filed for divorce. it has been 8 months and is not yet final. please remember my husband and I in your prayers!!

  • Lord I pray for this couple's marriage to be restored. Open this husband's eyes to the truth, Lord you said Your people will know the truth and the truth would make them free. Set them free from the plans and attacks of the enemy. Heal them of past mistakes and hurts. Give them a mutual love and respect for each other. Help this wife to set the example and show the husband the evidence of You living through her life. Show them the plans You have for their marriage and ministry. May they be salt and light, in Jesus name I pray, Amen.

  • Thank you for your kind words Karen. Unfortunately my husband filed for divorce last week. I have not given up and still strive for reconciliation, as that is God's preference. We are having prayer over my husband on Sunday after church. If you'd like to add your prayers, we will be praying at about noon Pacific time. Thanks again for your thoughts and prayers.
