Thank you for watching over our troops

Lord, I thank You for holding our troops in the palm of Your hand. I thank You for filling these men and women with a sense of honor, strength and bravery. I feel weak sometimes, Lord, when I am here safely and comfortably in my home while they are worlds away, risking everything. Yet I will walk the path You have shown me and praise You for it. None of us knows the future, Lord, but I promise to trust in You always and to look for Your light when the night seems darkest. Lord, shine Your light on our troops and see them home safe to their loved ones.
